Ingredients
– 2 cups diced fresh tomatoes
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and chopped basil. Mix well and set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan cheeses.
4. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the tomato mixture. Stir until well combined.
5. Transfer the tomato mixture to a baking dish and top with the shredded cheese blend.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
For a richer flavor, you can use a combination of cream cheese and sour cream instead of just sour cream. You can also add some chopped green onions or sun-dried tomatoes for extra depth of flavor.
