Ingredients
– 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
– 1 lemon, cut into wedges, for serving
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes, until browned on all sides.
3. Reduce heat to medium and add the heavy cream, garlic, paprika, cayenne, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
4. Simmer the chicken in the sauce for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
