Description

Discover the easy and heavenly Strawberry Jello Poke Cake – a quick dessert that will satisfy your sweet tooth in no time! Moist, fruity, and simply divine.

Ingredients

– 1 box white cake mix

– 1 (3 oz) package strawberry Jello

– 1 cup water

– 1/2 cup vegetable oil

– 3 eggs

– 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries

– 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

2. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions, using the 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 3 eggs.

3. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

4. While the cake is still hot, use the end of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the top of the cake.

5. In a small saucepan, bring the 1 cup of water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry Jello mix until dissolved.

6. Carefully pour the Jello mixture over the top of the poked cake, making sure it seeps into the holes.

7. Allow the cake to cool completely, then top with whipped cream and fresh chopped strawberries.

8. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a more vibrant color, you can use red food coloring in the Jello mixture. Garnish with additional fresh strawberry slices for a beautiful presentation.
