Ingredients
– 1 lb asparagus, shaved into thin ribbons
– 1 medium fennel bulb, shaved into thin ribbons
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp Dijon mustard
– 1 tsp honey
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
