Description

These No-Bake Snowman Truffles are a delightful and easy-to-make holiday treat that everyone will love. With their creamy white centers, festive decorations, and no-bake convenience, they’re the perfect bite-sized dessert for Christmas parties, cookie exchanges, or gifting.

Ingredients

– 12 ounces white chocolate, chopped

– 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1/4 cup powdered sugar

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– Decorations: mini chocolate chips, orange sprinkles, pretzel sticks

Instructions

1. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.

2. Add the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt to the melted white chocolate. Stir until well combined and the mixture is smooth.

3. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, portion the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

4. Once chilled, decorate the truffles to look like snowmen. Use the mini chocolate chips for the eyes and buttons, the orange sprinkles for the carrot nose, and the pretzel sticks for the arms.

5. Refrigerate the finished truffles until ready to serve.

Notes

Store the No-Bake Snowman Truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
