Description

Indulge in these homemade Gummy Rose Water & Lychee Jellies – a delightful treat bursting with aromatic rose and refreshing lychee flavors. These easy, 4-ingredient jellies are perfect for special occasions or anytime you crave a sophisticated yet playful dessert.

Ingredients

– 1 cup rose water

– 1 cup lychee puree

– 3 packets (about 2 1/4 teaspoons) unflavored gelatin

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, combine the rose water and lychee puree. Sprinkle the gelatin over the top and let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk constantly until the gelatin has fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth, about 2-3 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until dissolved.

4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

5. Gently remove the jellies from the molds. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For the lychee puree, you can use canned lychee fruit and blend it until smooth. The rose water can be found in the baking aisle or Middle Eastern grocery stores. Store leftover jellies in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
