Indulge in the delightful fusion of gummy and champagne with these Gummy Champagne Heart Jellies. A surprisingly easy 5-minute dessert that’s perfect for parties, gifts, or anytime you need a touch of festive elegance.
Ingredients
– 1 cup champagne
– 3 packets (21g) unflavored gelatin
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– Heart-shaped silicone molds
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, combine the champagne and gelatin. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk constantly until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until completely dissolved.
4. Carefully pour the champagne mixture into heart-shaped silicone molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
6. Gently pop the heart-shaped gummies out of the molds and enjoy!
Notes
– For a firmer texture, use 4 packets of gelatin.
– Try using different types of champagne or sparkling wine for unique flavors.
– Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
