Description
Indulge in these Gooey S’mores Rolls – a decadent twist on classic s’mores. Soft, pillowy crescent roll dough is wrapped around melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows, creating a delicious and easy-to-make treat.
Ingredients
– 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
– 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
– 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
3. Place about 1 tablespoon of chopped chocolate and 2-3 marshmallows near the wide end of each triangle.
4. Tightly roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the narrow tip, to enclose the fillings.
5. Place the rolled-up s’mores rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the marshmallows are lightly toasted.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra gooey filling, use chopped chocolate instead of chocolate chips. You can also add a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs on top for a more authentic s’mores flavor.
