Description

Tender and juicy garlic butter ground turkey paired with roasted cauliflower florets in a delicious one-pan skillet meal. This easy and healthy recipe is packed with savory flavors for a satisfying weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground turkey

– 2 tbsp unsalted butter

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

– 1 tsp dried oregano

– 1 tsp paprika

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. 1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground turkey, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

2. 2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet, then add the butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3. 3. Add the cauliflower florets, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the cauliflower in the garlic butter mixture.

4. 4. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.

5. 5. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.

6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, you can stir in a few tablespoons of heavy cream or sour cream at the end. This dish also pairs well with steamed rice or quinoa.
