Description

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped

2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

2. Add the feta cheese and honey, and continue mixing until well combined.

3. Fold in the chopped cranberries and fresh rosemary.

4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve immediately with pita bread, crackers, or your favorite dippers.

Notes

For a sweeter dip, increase the honey to 1/3 cup. For a tangier dip, add an extra 2 ounces of feta cheese. The dip can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
