Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
– 2 tomatoes, sliced
– 1 onion, thinly sliced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
– 1 tsp brown sugar
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
2. 2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
3. 3. In the same skillet used for the beef, add the sliced onions and garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the onions are caramelized and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
