Description

Indulge in the bold flavors of spicy buffalo chicken nestled in crispy, golden wonton cups. These Buffalo Chicken Fire Wonton Cups are the perfect appetizer for game day, parties, or any occasion.

Ingredients

– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1/4 cup chopped green onions

– 24 wonton wrappers

– 1/4 cup ranch dressing (for serving)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a medium bowl, shred the chicken using two forks.

3. Add the buffalo sauce and cream cheese to the shredded chicken and mix until well combined.

4. Spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

5. Gently press the wonton wrappers into the muffin cups, creating a small cup shape.

6. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly into the wonton cups.

7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the wonton cups are golden brown and the filling is heated through.

8. Remove the wonton cups from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions.

9. Serve the buffalo chicken wonton cups warm, with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.

Notes

– For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of shredded cheddar or crumbled blue cheese on top of the buffalo chicken mixture before baking.

– Leftover wonton cups can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes before serving.
