Description

Ingredients

– 1 pound lamb loin chops, cut into 2-inch pieces

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon dried oregano

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the lamb lollipops, garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the lamb evenly.
