Description

Indulge in the ultimate sweet and creamy treat with these White Chocolate Dipped Strawberries. Juicy, fresh strawberries are coated in a rich, velvety white chocolate for a delightful dessert or party appetizer that’s sure to impress.

Ingredients

– 1 pound fresh strawberries, washed and dried

– 12 ounces high-quality white chocolate, chopped or chips

– 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil (if using) over low heat, stirring occasionally until completely smooth.

3. One at a time, dip the strawberries into the melted white chocolate, coating them about three-quarters of the way up.

4. Gently shake off any excess chocolate and place the dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.

5. Refrigerate the strawberries for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.

6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a drizzled effect, melt additional white chocolate and use a fork to lightly drizzle it over the dipped strawberries. Store any leftover strawberries in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
