Ingredients

– 8 oz (225g) soft goat cheese, at room temperature

– 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream

– 1/4 cup (60ml) mayonnaise

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tbsp (30ml) fresh chopped basil

– 1 tsp (5ml) dried oregano

– 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) crushed red pepper flakes

– 1/4 tsp (1.25ml) salt

– 1/4 tsp (1.25ml) black pepper

– 1/2 cup (120ml) sun-dried tomatoes, chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the goat cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.

3. Fold in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

4. Transfer the mixture to a shallow baking dish or oven-safe serving bowl.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

6. Serve the Warm Goat Cheese Dip with Sun-Dried Tomatoes immediately, with crusty bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
