Ingredients
– 8 oz dried pasta
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 lb ground beef or lamb
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1 tsp oregano
– 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
– 1 cup beef or chicken broth
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
3. 3. Add the garlic and ground meat. Cook, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
