Delightfully delicious Turkey Cranberry Brie Sliders are the perfect easy appetizer for holiday parties and gatherings. Layers of tender turkey, tart cranberry sauce, and melty brie cheese come together on soft brioche buns for an irresistible bite-sized treat.
Ingredients
– 1 pound turkey breast, thinly sliced
– 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
– 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
– 12 small brioche slider buns, split in half
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Arrange the bottom halves of the brioche buns on a large baking sheet.
3. Distribute the turkey slices evenly over the buns.
4. Top each slider with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and a slice of brie cheese.
5. Place the top buns over the fillings.
6. Brush the tops of the buns with the melted butter and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.

Notes
For best results, use fresh or homemade cranberry sauce. You can also substitute the brie cheese with other soft, creamy cheese like Camembert or Havarti. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
