Ingredients

Instructions
1. – In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
2. – Add the garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and white pepper. Stir to combine and let the flavors meld for 2-3 minutes.
3. – Spoon the tender beef filling into the center of the steamed bao buns.
