Description

These Tasty Party Crab Crescent Bites are the easiest, most delicious appetizer you’ll ever make! Buttery crescent rolls are stuffed with a creamy crab filling, then baked to golden perfection. They come together in just 10 minutes and are sure to be a crowd-pleasing hit at any party or get-together.

Ingredients

– 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough

– 1 (6 oz) can lump crabmeat, drained and flaked

– 4 oz cream cheese, softened

– 2 tbsp mayonnaise

– 2 tbsp chopped green onions

– 1 tsp lemon juice

– 1/4 tsp garlic powder

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. – In a medium bowl, mix together the crabmeat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. – Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place about 2 tbsp of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

4. – Tightly roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end and rolling to the narrow tip. Place the stuffed crescents seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

5. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crescents are golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

For a fun variation, top the baked crescents with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar or Parmesan cheese before serving. These can also be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
