Ingredients
– 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 cup diced cucumber
– 1/2 cup diced red onion
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
– 1/4 cup creamy Italian dressing
– 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
