– 2 large Taste Tennessee Onions, sliced into 1/2-inch rings

– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced Taste Tennessee Onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes until the onions are softened and starting to caramelize.
3. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the onions and continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the onions are deeply golden brown and caramelized.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
