Ingredients
– 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and diced
– 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. 2. In a large oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven, combine the diced potatoes, sliced sausage, onion, and garlic.
