Ingredients

– 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets

– 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

– 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. 2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the panko, Parmesan, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
