Description

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 cup breadcrumbs

– 1 onion, diced

– 2 celery stalks, diced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp dried thyme

– 1 tsp dried sage

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp black pepper

– 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth


Instructions

1. – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. – In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, garlic, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

3. – Spread half of the beef mixture into a greased loaf pan, creating a shallow well in the center.

4. – Pour the broth into the well, then top with the remaining beef mixture, pressing gently to seal the edges.

5. – Bake the Stuffing Meatloaf for 55-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

6. – Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
