Description

Elevate your holiday meals with these easy, flavorful stuffing-filled biscuits. Bake up a batch of this crowd-pleasing recipe in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 tablespoon baking powder

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cubed

– 3/4 cup milk

– 1 1/2 cups prepared stuffing

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. – In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

3. – Stir in the milk until just combined. Do not overmix.

4. – Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead 2-3 times. Pat into a 1/2-inch thick round.

5. – Using a 2-inch biscuit cutter, cut out rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.

6. – Place 1-2 tablespoons of stuffing in the center of each biscuit.

7. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

– For extra flavor, try adding chopped herbs or shredded cheese to the biscuit dough.

– Leftover biscuits can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
