Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 tablespoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cubed
– 3/4 cup milk
– 1 1/2 cups prepared stuffing
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. – In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3. – Stir in the milk until just combined. Do not overmix.
4. – Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead 2-3 times. Pat into a 1/2-inch thick round.
5. – Using a 2-inch biscuit cutter, cut out rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
6. – Place 1-2 tablespoons of stuffing in the center of each biscuit.
