Description

This creamy and indulgent Stuffed Mushroom Dip is the ultimate party appetizer. Packed with savory mushrooms, tangy cream cheese, and a blend of melted cheeses, it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

– 16 ounces cremini mushrooms, stems removed and finely chopped

– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup sour cream

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped mushroom stems, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

3. Transfer the mushroom dip mixture to a baking dish.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

5. Serve the Stuffed Mushroom Dip warm, with your favorite dippers such as crusty bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For a variation, you can stuff the mushroom caps with the dip mixture and bake until the mushrooms are tender and the dip is melted and golden brown. You can also make this dip in advance and reheat it before serving.
