Ingredients
– 5 ounces baby spinach
– 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large salad bowl, combine the baby spinach and sliced strawberries.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the poppy seeds, white wine vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper to make the poppyseed dressing.
3. Pour the poppyseed dressing over the spinach and strawberries, and toss gently to coat.
