Description

Indulge in the ultimate fusion of strawberry shortcake and creamy cheesecake with these quick and irresistible Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Rolls.


Ingredients

– 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

– 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries

– 2 tablespoons powdered sugar


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.

2. – In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

3. – Spread a heaping tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle. Top with a spoonful of chopped strawberries.

4. – Roll up the crescent rolls, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the narrow end.

5. – Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.

7. – Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
