Ingredients
– 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 tablespoon matcha powder
– 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
– 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the sugar and beat until well combined.
3. Add the sour cream, vanilla, and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Fold in the flour until just combined.
5. Divide the batter into two equal parts. Stir the matcha powder into one half of the batter and the chopped strawberries into the other half.
6. Alternate spoonfuls of the pink and green batters into the prepared pan, then use a knife or skewer to swirl the colors together.
7. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the top.
8. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
For a prettier presentation, garnish the bars with fresh strawberry slices and a dusting of matcha powder before serving.
