Ingredients
– 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 green bell pepper, sliced
– 1 yellow onion, sliced
– 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 lime, cut into wedges
– Chopped cilantro, for serving
Instructions
1. – In a large bowl, combine the sliced steak, fajita seasoning, and olive oil. Toss to coat the steak evenly.
2. – Thread the marinated steak, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers.
3. – Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
