Ingredients

– 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved

– 1 cup fresh blueberries

– 1 cup fresh raspberries

– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

– 1 cucumber, sliced

– 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

– 1 cup snap peas

– 8 ounces brie cheese, cubed

– 6 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced

– 4 ounces salami, thinly sliced

– 1/2 cup toasted almonds

– 1/2 cup roasted cashews

– 1 baguette, sliced

– 1/4 cup honey

– 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze


Instructions

1. Arrange the fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, yellow bell pepper slices, and snap peas on a large serving board or platter.

2. Add the cubes of brie cheese, slices of prosciutto and salami, toasted almonds, and roasted cashews.
