Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

– 1 cup unsalted butter, browned

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 1 egg

– 1 cup pumpkin puree

– Powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. – In a large bowl, beat the browned butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

4. – Add the egg, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

6. – Scoop the dough by the tablespoonful and shape into ghost forms on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
