Ingredients

– 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

– 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 1 clove garlic, minced

– 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

– 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, and garlic until well combined.

3. 3. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Press each piece flat and place a heaping tablespoon of the spinach artichoke mixture in the center. Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching to seal.

4. 4. Arrange the filled dough balls in a greased 9-inch round baking dish, spacing them slightly apart.

5. 5. Brush the tops of the dough balls with the melted butter.

6. 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbly.

7. 7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a crispier top, broil the bread for 2-3 minutes after baking. You can also try different cheese combinations or add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
