Description

Ingredients

– 10 large eggs

– 1/2 cup whole milk

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

– 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

3. Add the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, parsley, and oregano to the egg mixture. Stir until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

4. Grease a 9-inch oven-safe baking dish or pie plate with non-stick cooking spray or butter.

5. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.

6. Bake the frittata in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
