Description

Ingredients

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/8 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a medium skillet, sauté the minced garlic in the olive oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

3. Add the softened cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and the cheese has melted.

4. Transfer the dip to a small oven-safe baking dish or cast-iron skillet.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

6. Serve immediately with crusty bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For a thicker dip, use 10 oz of cream cheese. You can also add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
