Description

This Sheet Pan Hot Honey Salmon & Broccoli is a flavor-packed, easy-to-make weeknight meal. Tender, flaky salmon fillets and crispy roasted broccoli are tossed in a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze for a delicious, hassle-free dinner.

Ingredients

– 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into 4 portions

– 1 pound broccoli florets

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1/4 cup honey

– 2 tablespoons hot sauce (such as sriracha or Frank’s RedHot)

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. Arrange the salmon fillets and broccoli florets on a large sheet pan. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

3. Roast for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender and lightly charred.

4. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and hot sauce.

5. Remove the sheet pan from the oven and drizzle the hot honey glaze over the salmon and broccoli. Toss gently to coat.

6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

This dish can also be made with other firm, flaky fish like trout or cod. For a variation, try tossing the roasted vegetables in the hot honey glaze instead of just drizzling it over the top.
