Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 3 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
– 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
1. – Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
2. – In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. – In a large bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
4. – Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
5. – Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
6. – Spread half the dough into the prepared pan.
7. – In a separate bowl, mix the diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
8. – Spread the apple mixture over the dough in the pan.
9. – Dollop the remaining dough over the apple mixture and spread it out as best you can.
10. – Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
