Ingredients
– 1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
– 3 cups cooked sushi rice
– 1 avocado, diced
– 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
– 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
– 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
