Ingredients
– 1 lb salmon fillets, skinned and chopped
– 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp lime juice
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
1. 1. In a food processor, pulse the salmon until roughly chopped but still have some texture.

3. 3. In a blender, combine the avocado, sour cream, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes
