Ingredients
– 3 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (about 1/8 inch thick)
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 1/2 cups grated Gruyère cheese

– 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
3. In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, Gruyère cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
