Description
Indulge in the ultimate Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake Bars, a decadent and creamy dessert that combines the tangy sweetness of fresh raspberries with the rich, velvety texture of white chocolate.
Ingredients
– 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 3 eggs
– 1 cup white chocolate chips
– 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the sugar and continue beating until well combined.
3. Add the flour and vanilla extract, then beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Fold in the white chocolate chips and gently stir in the fresh raspberries.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before removing and cutting into squares.
7. Refrigerate the Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake Bars for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality white chocolate chips and fresh, juicy raspberries. These bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
