Ingredients

– 4 whole wheat tortillas

– 1 cup hummus

– 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper

– 1 cup thinly sliced yellow bell pepper

– 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber

– 1 cup thinly sliced carrots

– 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion

– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves


Instructions

1. Spread about 1/4 cup of hummus evenly onto each tortilla.

2. Arrange the sliced vegetables in a line down the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border on the sides.

3. Sprinkle the fresh cilantro leaves over the vegetables.

4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then tightly roll up the wrap, starting from the bottom and working your way to the top.

5. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes
