Ingredients
– 1 pound radishes, thinly sliced
– 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
– 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced radishes and red onion.
