Ingredients

– 4 plain bagels, halved

– 6 large eggs

– 1/2 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup diced onion

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. – Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. – In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
