Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp black pepper

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp onion powder

– 1 tsp dried parsley

– 12 slider buns

– 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half

– Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings


Instructions

1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley. Mix well until the seasonings are evenly distributed.

2. 2. Divide the seasoned ground beef into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then gently press it into a pumpkin shape, creating ridges and indentations to mimic the appearance of a pumpkin.

3. 3. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook the pumpkin-shaped patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

4. 4. Place a cheese half on top of each pumpkin-shaped patty and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
