Ingredients
– 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
– 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
– 4 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp ground ginger
– 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg until well combined.
3. 3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the pumpkin mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
4. 4. Tightly roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the narrow tip. Place the filled crescent rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
5. 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
