Ingredients

– 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

– 2 cups pulled pork

– 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

– 1 egg, beaten


Instructions

1. – Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. – Unfold the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 12 equal squares.

3. – In a bowl, mix the pulled pork and barbecue sauce until well combined.

4. – Place a heaping tablespoon of the pulled pork mixture into the center of each puff pastry square.

5. – Fold the pastry over the filling to create a triangle shape, and press the edges to seal.

6. – Place the pastry puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. – Brush the tops of the pastry puffs with the beaten egg.

8. – Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and flaky.
