Ingredients

– 4 cups mixed greens

– 1 grilled or baked chicken breast, sliced

– 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

– 2 tbsp sliced cucumber

– 2 tbsp sliced red onion

Instructions
