Description

These Potting Soil Pudding Cups are a delightfully fun and easy no-bake dessert that will transport you to a garden oasis! Layers of rich chocolate pudding, crushed Oreo ‘soil,’ and fluffy whipped topping come together in cute little plant containers for a whimsical treat.

Ingredients

– 1 (3.9 oz) package chocolate pudding mix

– 2 cups cold milk

– 1 (14 oz) package Oreo cookies, crushed

– 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping

– Small potted plant containers or ramekins

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, prepare the chocolate pudding mix according to package instructions, using the 2 cups of cold milk. Refrigerate for 5 minutes to set.

2. In a separate bowl, crush the Oreo cookies into a fine crumb.

3. Assemble the pudding cups by layering the chocolate pudding and crushed Oreos in small potted plant containers or ramekins, creating a ‘soil’ effect.

4. Top the pudding cups with a generous dollop of whipped topping, spreading it to resemble soil.

5. Refrigerate the Potting Soil Pudding Cups for at least 30 minutes before serving.

6. Garnish with edible flowers, herbs, or a light dusting of cocoa powder, if desired.

Notes

For a fun presentation, use small potted plant containers or ramekins. The pudding cups can be made in advance and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
