Ingredients

– 1 package frozen potstickers

– 8 cups mixed greens

– 1 cup shredded cabbage

– 1 carrot, grated

– 2 green onions, sliced

– 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

– 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

for the dressing:

– 3 tablespoons rice vinegar

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon sesame oil

– 1 tablespoon honey

– 1 teaspoon grated ginger

– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

1. 1. Cook the potstickers according to package instructions.

2. 2. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cabbage, carrot, green onions, and cilantro.
